This morning has been eventful. Firstly we were out last night to see a friends band which was great fun but didn't get home until 1.30 am. (We did have a great taxi ride where we agreed with the taxi driver that men in cardigans was such a big no no and then the most entertaining train journey as we were sung to the whole way home by a bunch of 18 year old lads who called themselves something I can't repeat!) That doesn't sound too late until I tell you that we had to get up at 4.30 am to go to the New Covent Garden Flower Market. I am doing my friend Jo's wedding flowers next year so we decided to have a look now so she could have a think about flowers that are available this time of year and colours. I love it there so much - very inspiring. Jo bought a bunch of anemones and I bought some lovely white tulips to brighten up my very dusty house! The anemones are the colours that Jo is thinking of using and I think it will be gorgeous for a spring wedding.
The flowers look so lovely on the table and if you like the wall decals there is a fantastic shop on Etsy which sells them called Elly Nelly.
